Allentown, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Health Network has tapped Janelle Alfano as director of finance for hospital operations to cover its Northampton County, Pa., market.

Colton, Calif.-based Arrowhead Regional Medical Center has named Andrew Goldfrach CEO, effective June 1.

Manny Gonzalez has been named vice president of human resources for Livingston, N.J.-based Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, part of West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health. 

Bob Ortmyer has been named president of both Middlebury, Vt.-based Porter Medical Center and Elizabethtown (N.Y.) Community Hospital, part of Burlington, Vt.-based UVM Health. He will also serve as COO of Porter Medical Center. 

LeighAnn Sidone, DNP, RN, was named president and COO of Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Md., part of Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Paul Kempinski plans to retire as president and CEO of Children's Mercy Kansas City (Mo.) after more than 40 years in healthcare leadership. 

HCA Healthcare West Florida Division has tapped Amber Boes, RN, MSN, as chief nurse executive. She joins the Tampa, Fla.-based division from HCA Midwest Health in Kansas City, Mo., where she also served as chief nurse executive. 

Cleveland-based MetroHealth has named Christopher Briddell senior vice president and chief ethics, risk and compliance officer.

Columbus, Ohio-based Mount Carmel Health System, part of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health, named Tauana McDonald president and CEO, effective July 1. Ms. McDonald will succeed Lorraine Lutton who shared plans to retire last December. 

Sun City Center, Fla.-based HCA Florida South Shore Hospital, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, named David Link its new vice president of operations April 21.

There has been a lot of movement for hospital and health system CFO's over the last three days.

In July, Rustin Morse, MD, will step into the role of senior vice president and chief administrator at Arkansas Children's Northwest in Springdale. He previously served in C-suite roles at other pediatric hospitals and health systems. 

AllianceHealth Durant (Okla.) and AllianceHealth Madill (Okla.), both part of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, have tapped Ernest Borjas as their new assistant CFO. 

Chicago-based CommonSpirit has named Jeff Daneff CFO of its California Central Coast market, according to a May 7 post on his LinkedIn page. 

Rodger Page was named president of Dignity Health's North State market.

Burlington, Kan.-based Coffey Health System has named Stacy Augustyn, MSN, RN, its CEO, effective Aug. 1, after Joben Rieth, RN, tendered his resignation April 15.
