Texas is the best state to do business in, according to Chief Executive magazine.
The magazine annually rates states based on CEO sentiment on issues ranging from quality of life to tax policy. "This has been a particularly volatile year," Marshall Cooper, CEO of Chief Executive magazine and ChiefExecutive.net, said in a press release. "Business leaders are challenged with everything from the growing talent shortage and skills gap to digital transformation to discerning how the presidential election will impact their business."
