West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Integra Connect, a provider of clinical and financial solutions to specialty groups, partnered with Albuquerque, N.M.-based Innovative Oncology Business Solutions, a for-profit corporation managing the $19.8 million Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation award for the Community Oncology Medical Home model.
As part of the partnership, Integra Connect will incorporate COME HOME triage pathways into its Oncology Care Model and population health solutions, effective this fall, the organizations said.
This will allow oncology practice staff using Integra Connect solutions to leverage IOBS protocols "to provide aggressive symptom management as part of their patient triage and care coordination workflows, then track and report on results via advanced analytic capabilities," the organizations added.
