We are seeking information on nominees who have made notable contributions to healthcare on local, national or global levels. These awards recognize leaders from provider organizations who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to better their communities and solve healthcare's broader challenges.
Award recipients will be recognized at the Becker's Hospital Review 5th Annual CEO + CFO Roundtable, held November 13-15 at the Westin in Chicago. The meeting features more than 90 hospital and health system executives speaking. Register for this event here.
