Palestine (Texas) Regional Medical Center appointed Roy Finch CEO, effective Aug. 2.

1. Most recently, Mr. Finch served as CEO of Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston.
2. At Northern Louisiana Medical Center, he implemented programs to improve patient satisfaction as well as enhance clinical education and recruitment.
3. His previous roles include serving as COO, assistant administrator and administrative specialist at Longview (Texas) Regional Medical Center and as administrative specialist at Cedar Park (Texas) Regional Medical Center.
4. He holds a master's degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
5. Palestine Regional Medical Center is a part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health.
