Camber Capital Management takes 5.7% stake in Tenet

Camber Capital Management, a Boston-based hedge fund, disclosed Monday it has taken a 5.7 percent stake in Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare.

Camber reported its ownership interest in a 13-G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The SEC filing came four days after two Tenet board members from Glenview Capital resigned, which could lead to an activist campaign at Tenet. Glenview has an 18 percent stake in Tenet.
